DESIGN DIRECTOR
As Design Director, you will own creative and design vision across retail and brand experience projects, from global retail toolkits to high profile launches and immersive activations. You will lead core concept and the end to end customer or guest journey, ensuring that every touchpoint, from the initial invitation to the physical space, is conceptually rigorous and beautifully realised.
You will lead, brief and mentor senior designers and 3D teams, setting the standard for spatial planning, visualisation and production quality. While you may not be modelling day to day, you must have a comprehensive understanding of the 3D pipeline (SketchUp, V-Ray, Cinema 4D) to sketch visions, brief with precision, and critique renders with an established eye for lighting, materials and composition. You will lead pitches, manage a design team, and ensure our creative and design output remains of the highest standard across both retail and brand experience.
SENIOR RETAIL DESIGNER
SENIOR DESIGNER - RETAIL AND EXPERIENCE
As a Senior 3D Designer specialising in retail store environments, you’ll be a key member of our creative team, working to bring high-impact, immersive spaces to life. From ideation and concept through to detailed visualisation and hand-off, you’ll help craft store designs that combine brand storytelling, spatial strategy and production feasibility.
We pride ourselves on exceptional delivery, often combining multiple capabilities within one project. All of our work is under-pinned with a tailored and creative approach, and with precise attention to detail and we are looking for an individual who can bring a wealth of production expertise and knowledge into the team.
