We live for beautiful creativity.

Broadwick Studio is an independent multidisciplinary creative studio working with partners worldwide delivering events, campaigns and content leveraging our exceptional creative, retail, spatial design and production expertise.

With a creative team based in London, we work with partners and brands worldwide seeking cutting edge Music, Fashion and Cultural experiences.

We are looking for someone to join the team to support our projects and delivery teams with extensive production and build expertise and knowledge. We pride ourselves on exceptional delivery, often combining multiple capabilities within one project. All of our work is under-pinned with a tailored and creative approach, and with precise attention to detail and we are looking for an individual who can bring a wealth of production expertise and knowledge into the team.

Together we’re a passionate and dedicated team with strong values and vision. We are an equal opportunities employer, and we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment that allows everyone to excel and be happy.

THE ROLE

As the Senior 3D Designer specialising in retail store environments, you’ll be a key member of our creative team, working with the team to bring high-impact, immersive retail spaces to life. From ideation and concept through to detailed visualisation and hand-off, you’ll help craft store designs that combine brand storytelling, spatial strategy and production feasibility.

You will use your deep experience in 3D visualisation, particularly working in SketchUp and V-Ray, to deliver high-quality renderings, walkthroughs and technical visuals. You’ll collaborate with creative, production and technical teams to ensure our designs are not only visually compelling but also buildable, on-schedule and commercially viable.

Your responsibilities will extend beyond design and visualisation to include a deep understanding of materials, production processes, and their implications on the final retail environment. Your insights will be crucial in ensuring that the designs can be feasibly and effectively implemented.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the 3D visualisation process for retail environmental designs – from design brief through to final presentation and production-ready visuals.

  • Work closely with account teams and clients from day one, translating briefs into creative spatial concepts and 3D visuals.

  • Develop detailed 3D models (in SketchUp) and high-quality renders (with V-Ray), including lighting, materials, textures, store ambience, fixtures and finishes.

  • Coming up with experiential ideas for in-store activations would be desirable.

  • Collaborate with your colleagues in the creative, client services and production/installation partners to ensure the designs align with brand strategy, spatial planning and build constraints.

  • Manage timelines, deliverables and workflow for your 3D design stream, working across multiple projects at once and keeping to the agency’s process and standards.

  • Ensure your deliverables meet rigorous quality standards: visually, technically and in terms of usability for production/installation.

  • Support the production team by providing accurate visuals for procurement, fabrication and installation stages (plans, elevations, sections, 3D exploded views).

  • Participate in new business pitches: help develop 3D animation, visualisation and presentation assets to support proposals and win work.

OTHER DETAILS

  • The work: You’ll be working in a collaborative team of designers that create work for our key accounts. We are fortunate to be in the position of working on global retail toolkits and brand experiences that blend concept, design and experience across the world.

  • Previous experience working on retail toolkits would be preferred.

  • Previous experience working with Sports / Culture / Fashion brands would be preferred.

Day to day: You’ll be working in a collaborative team, reporting into our Associate Design Director, you’ll need to be comfortable working independently and owning the project, but also collaborating with the wider team on bigger projects.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have a minimum of 3+ years’ experience working in an agency environment (or extended freelance within an agency) specialising in retail store design or spatial brand experience.

  • You are highly proficient in SketchUp modelling and V-Ray rendering, with a strong portfolio of retail store environments, fixture design, brand spaces or experiential interiors.

  • You understand the end-to-end process of retail store design: from concept, spatial planning, visualisation, to production/installation hand-off.

  • You have a strong aesthetic sense, an awareness of current design and retail trends, and a desire to push creative ideas while remaining practical and buildable.

  • You are organised and detail-oriented with good process discipline — you manage your time, your deliverables and your internal/external communications effectively.

  • You are confident working with clients at all levels: presenting visual work, explaining rationale, receiving feedback and adapting accordingly.

  • You are collaborative, supportive, fun and a great team player — able to motivate and work well with teams across creative, production and technical functions.

  • A bonus: experience with other 3D tools (e.g., Enscape, Twinmotion) or working knowledge of fabrication/installation in retail stores.

  • You have a working knowledge, or an interest in using AI platforms to support the creative process.

WHY JOIN US

  • You’ll be working at the heart of brand and retail experience with some of the most exciting clients in fashion, lifestyle and retail.

  • You’ll be part of an ambitious, creative agency that values innovation, craft and the intersection of brand, space and story.

  • We offer a flexible working approach, a collaborative studio environment in Shoreditch and a culture that encourages experimentation and professional growth.

  • Dogs are welcome in the studio (if you’re a dog-lover you’ll fit right in!)

WHAT YOU WILL GET FROM US
