ADIdas originals paris fashion week ss26
A home for adidas Originals during Paris Fashion Week. A flexible experiential space powered by football, music and fashion.
football as the muse
adidas made its football heritage the centrepiece showcasing football as fashions ultimate Muse — pulling directly from the brand’s archive to show how football has always been intertwined with the brand’s story. Alongside the archive display, it offered an early look at how its designers and collaborators Willy Chavarria, Wales Bonner, and Y-3 are translating football’s visual language and codes of sport for the next season. The showcase also included the debut of the exclusive F50 MEGARIDE silhouette and a preview of forthcoming collaborations pushing football-inspired style forward.
LOCAL MUSIC CULTURE
We collaborated with Play Lab to create a curated sound sculpture in collaboration with with programming by local legends Jah Jah and Betinos Record Shop. The sculpture was an integral part of the experience, providing the soundtrack and seating in the central atrium. Guests could step inside the structure and select from a curated collection of records.
Elsewhere in the space we curated a display of adidas archive product from the key eras of ‘94 and ‘06 and created a seeding suite that showcased a fresh collection based on the design aesthetic of those eras.
CELEBRATION of collaboration
The space transformed to host the the official Willy Chavarria after-show. Inspired by the aesthetic of the runway show, the space turned red, with drapery and florals and a lighting treatment that served as the perfect back drop for celebration.
The energy was set by the legendary Honey Dijon, Marco Neves, and Hello tones.
