Y-3 x NBHD Complexcon
A shoppable, pop-up experience at ComplexCon Las Vegas.
consumer launch
For ComplexCon Las Vegas 2025, Y-3 partnered with legacy Japanese streetwear brand NBHD, marking the first time the collection became shoppable following its debut at Paris Fashion Week.
Transforming oversized flags into sculptural statements, three monumental silk banners hung from the ceiling, their glossy surfaces catching light against matte-black floors and walls.
flags as frames
Each flag framed a hero piece - a bespoke bike and custom helmets - positioned on podiums in front.
Between the flags, glimpses of the back wall drew guests deeper, where a single dramatic apparel rail ran the full length, punctuated by inset shelving for footwear and accessories. Above, a screen showcased campaign content, bringing the bike and helmet into motion.
Spatial signals
Seating plinths in premium metal extended the gallery-like quality, while a scorpion motif spread across one flag, introducing an enigmatic edge to the collection.
Rather than referencing the finish line, the story celebrated the flag itself as a symbol of identity, power, and movement - the banners becoming signals in space, commanding attention with sculptural elegance.
